Marty Campbell Announces Bid For Council

While we noted a few weeks ago that Marty had filed paperwork to run for the Eastside seat, he hadn’t officially announced. Until now.

From the press release:

Campbell is seeking position #4, currently held by Councilmember Rick Talbert, whose term ends this year. Marty’s broad ranging experience and ‘get the job done’ attitude brings a voice the residents of District #4 need.

If you are a supporter, check out his kick off party on Wednesday, April 29th from 5:30-7:30pm at the VFW Post #969 Community Hall on McKinley Ave (3510 McKinley Ave).

Ah campaign season. Didn’t we just finish this?

It’s for real this time, Marty. I know you can win. You’ll be a good voice on Council.

I have $8 in fines at Stadium Video left over from renting season 7 of Star Trek: The Next Generation. If those fines were to….shall we say…disappear? Well. I think I know which way my vote would go.

    Just saying.
