Matador One Step Closer to Opening

A little bird flew by recently and told me that the folks at Matador have gotten occupancy and are officially moving into their space at 8th and Pacific.  Before I can even check on the details, the story hits the internet over at the Weekly Volcano.  What does it all mean?  The build-out continues.  Opening day is expected around September 1.  Then the Exit133 tequila tasting can be organized.  Mmm…
