Landmark Group closes on Dome District property

A developer from Winston-Salem, N.C., The Landmark Group, closed yesterday on the 725 E. 25th St. property, home to the Spring Air Mattress Factory building, next to the Tacoma Dome Station. Landmark is planning to build 150 market rate condominiums, fronting Puyallup Avenue, in phase one of their development. Market conditions will determine what they’ll do with the remainder of the property, which includes the Spring Air Mattress Factory building.

I know we mentioned this building once before on Exit133… but I can’t find it.
