Wait a second.  This house is just 2300 square feet, built in 1960, and nearly finished for $595k?  I don’t get it.  It’s been sold four times since 2000.  The stats are a bit weird.  Maybe a few real photos of this amazing Tuscan villa would help dissuade us from thinking we’re being duped here somehow.  Is it gorgeous?  Show us!
