Metro Parks Wants You - on Jan 16th

Do you have ideas about how to improve our parks and recreation programs?

If so, Metro Parks would like to enlist your help in our planning process.

We are working with the firm Management Learning Laboratories, an independent research and survey firm, to develop a questionnaire that will be sent to a random set of 4000 Tacoma residents in February. A critical step in the development of a scientific survey questionnaire is to evaluate the attitudes, opinions and interests of Tacoma residents with respect to parks and recreation through a community survey.

Representatives from MLL will be conducting focus group meetings on January 16 to discuss park and recreation issues and concerns. Information from these meetings will be used to develop the survey questionnaire.

Do you want to help? Groups will be limited to 15 participants.

The focus group meetings will take place Friday, January 16, 2009 at:
11-12 pm
2-3 pm or
3:30-4:30 pm
