MLK Redevelopment RFP Responses Are In...

... and the city only received two proposals according to The News Tribune.  Responses to the “Purchase and Redevelopment of 1110 to 1124 Martin Luther King Junior Way” RFP were due to the city May 30th.  In one corner we have James DeBolt his his ‘multi-story’ mixed-use $29 million plan.  In the other corner we have Prium’s $20 million six story multi-use plan.  Nothing against these two companies, but I wish we had a few more corners to consider…
