MLK Subarea Plan Workshop

The City continues to work through the process of developing a plan for the MLK Neighborhood, and they’re looking for more community input. Next Thursday, March 22, the City will host a Community Workshop at McCarver Elementary School, where they will seek input on key priorities for the neighborhood and on strategies to address those priorities. The plan being developed now will guide development in the area well into the future, so it’s important that the City hear from community members on what is important to them. The Subarea Plan and Environmental Impact Statement being developed now are scheduled to be adopted in early 2013.
