More Details on old Mattress Factory Condos
The News Tribune has run a story mattress factory next to the Tacoma Dome Park-n-Ride and the property’s eventual conversion to condominiums. I don’t think we’d ever talked price before. So, the one interesting tidbit I found in the article was this:
... company has told him the planned units will be on the more affordable end of the scale for downtown and near downtown condos.
“They’ve told me they’ll be priced in the $200,000 to $300,000 range,” he said.

My husband and myself were taking a walk this morning and found a ball on Narrows Dr. behind a power pole…he remembered reading about the balls in the paper last week.

removal of the fence would drive a dagger into the business interests of the museum… and…. uh…. wait what was this about? a merger with Spokane? I have no opinion on that prospect. Though like changing the presidents we like Israel could take advantage of the confusion to strike our enemies of fence-dom before the new administration takes power.

I hope the Spokane people end up responsible for running our museum.
