National Night Out Tuesday

Tuesday marks the 27th annual National Night Out. Join your Tacoma compatriots in celebrating this crime and drug prevention event at a block party this week.

Safe Streets urges people to “take a stand against crime … by throwing a party.”

National Night Out is aimed at bringing citizens, law enforcement, businesses, civic groups and local officials together to raise awareness of drug and crime prevention programs.
