New Plans for the Luzon

So it appears our construction fences weren’t a sign of immediate forward progress.  The game plan has been switched for our beloved Luzon building at 13th and Pacific.  What was going to be apartments is now expected to become part of a retail / commercial mixed use project that includes the parking lot.  Some day…
