North 33rd Street Teardown

A little bird happened our way and mentioned that a house on North 33rd Street was no more.  The circa 1951 home sat on quarter acre with a view of the water.  It sold in July of 2005 for $767k.  Now, the brick wall and perimeter gardens are still there, but the house has been demolished.  We hear it was a very nice house…
