North Slope Transformation

We remember this house. It’s the 1913 home of Dr. Warren Brown. When we moved into the neighborhood a few years ago the home was surrounded by overgrown trees and bushes. What we could see… looked like a lot of work. It sold in 2004 for $316k. A great deal for the square footage, but a lot of work. Instantly, the house began to transform. The yard was cut back. The renovation began. Wood came in and out. Guttters were hung. Paint went up. We could see through the windows all the work being done. Now, it’s back on the market at a tad under $900k. Nice house… We hardly recognize you.

Why is Prium involved? I mean, shouldn’t they be finishing Chelsea Hts and working on the Foss Hotel and (wishful thinking) Jay Hts before they build a medical building?

Don’t forget the crown jewel, the Winthrop Hotel! That was Prium too, wasn’t it?

Not only is Prium gaining a reputation for unfinished business, they’re also quickly gaining a reputation in the broker world for not paying their commissions.

Maybe another example of the City should say NO to this?
Let them finish other projects first and then move on instead of a bunch of projects not done and wanting public money
