Old City Hall - Update

Do you remember the Old City Hall condo project? It was announced with a fair amount of fanfare, the commercial tenants were kicked out, then silence. Now, after many months of no new news, we have news. We’ve heard through the grapevine that Old City Hall condo project will be opening its sales office for the Tour of Urban Living this year. When done, there’ll be 41 units. The target market is the young, hip, urban Tacoman – all four of you. This is a very unique building. There’s a lot of potential here. The Tour of Urban Living is October 14th and 15th. We can’t wait. |

so what your actually saying is you encourage skewing the results of a study that will affect everybody in the state? I truely hope that this study is not taken seriously… tainted information = poor policy decisions = ineffecient allocation of resources..

Our whole transportation system is rigged in favor of single occupancy vehicles. If it takes a little pre-planning/skewing to get things in better balance, so be it.
