Old Town Blues and Art on the Ave

This is another great weekend to get outside and enjoy Tacoma.  It starts tomorrow with the Old Town Blues Festival.  Fifteen blues bands in five venues.  It runs from noon until 1:00 am so there’s no excuse.  No time?  Why sleep when you can listen to the blues?  Then on Sunday there’s Art on the Ave.  Artists.  Musicians.  A dunk tank!  Tim Farrell, Williams Osborne, and Jake Fey are all scheduled for the tank.  It’s very tempting, but do I want to spend my entire paycheck dunking a few local leaders?  Hmm…  This weekend could be fun.
