On the Market: A Tacoma Condo with History
This decent looking condo (ignoring the chintz) was one of Tacoma’s first condominiums when it was built in 1922. The Tacoma Daily Ledger carried multiple stories on Tacoma’s ‘first community dwelling.’ It appears to have been restored recently and is pretty darn spacious. Situated on the edge of the North Slope neighborhood it provides extremely easy access to It’s Greek To Me and Frisko Freeze.
Listed at Century 21 ABC – $187,950

Things are happening and it’s nice to see a photo of the “bones” of the building. Although the work will be intensive, I can see all the incredible potential. One question: Are they taking down that awful Monkey Puzzle tree?
