On the Market: Character Under $200k

Is Tacoma getting expensive?  It’s all relative.  In some neighborhoods, the real estate is definitely in the upper troposphere.  In other neighborhoods, things are still relatively inexpensive.  This house seems to have a reasonable amount of character at a good price.  It’s a cute craftsman circa 1917.  It’s in East Tacoma.  For those folks that want to hold out on buying until the bargain near one of the new wine bars appears, you may be waiting a while.  Even better, buy this place and open a bar of your own.

For the difference in price between a downtown condo or Proctor cottage and this place, one could buy a lot of wine.
