On the Market: Roy Rodeo Hall

I think I’ve been watching a little too much of HGTV’s Building Character. As soon as I saw this listing I started thinking about all the ways we could use 10,000 sq. feet. Shufflepuck table goes over here. Could we add an indoor bocce court over there? The dance floor would stay of course – with a few disco balls added. Of course then we’d be living in Roy. Nothing against Roy, but… I don’t know if I’d like the commute.
