On the Market: Views, Square footage, and Location

Maybe I need a bit more space.  Maybe I need a better view.  Here area a few interesting homes that showed up in my inbox yesterday:

Location.  It doesn’t get any better than this.  Located in a very quiet and tucked away part of North Tacoma, this tremendous classic home overlooks Old Town and the water.  Of course views like this in a 6000 square foot home comes at a price.  For a mere $1.6 million or so this place could be yours.

|| If you’re on a bit more of a budget than the above house allows, this home is a corner lot large home in that picturesque neighborhood North of UPS and East of Proctor.  Great neigborhood.  Views from the upstairs.  It appears to be a decent sized lot.  2000 square feet of unfinished space.  I kinda like it.
