One House - Plus a Week in Cabo

You know the housing market is softening when the incentives start coming out.  It’s been a while since we’ve seen any good ones.  I hear that this house in East Tacoma is actually quite nice, but it has been sitting on the market for a bit.  4 bedrooms.  2 bath.  $229k.  So, just to kick start things a bit, the seller is offering a week in Cabo to any buyer that can close before mid-October.  The gray weather of winter is coming.  Buy it and get out of town.
