What are you optimistic about? Why?
What’s my opinion? I’m often accused of being an optimist. Not just about Tacoma, but about most things. There’s a lot going on in Tacoma right now. Condos. Restaurants. Arts events. General civic enthusiasm seems to be on the rise. Change is in the air. I don’t want to taint you with my complete answer quite yet. It’ll appear in the comments in a few days.
