OTM: 3 Under $150k
We’ve heard from a few folks that they’re happy to see a decent selection of under $150k homes on the market. So, we decided to look and see what we could find.
These three homes are all in the same neighborhood. All are under $150k. Sure, they’re a bit on the small side, but it’s still a home… with grass and such. In this selection is (1) the fixer (2) the cute house and (3) the 3 bedroom for under $150k. The fixer should be obvious… the plywood front door implies that some work may need to be done. At least it has a new electrical box…

ing about House #1 is that it’s low maintenance. I’d pitch this place to a bachelor. When the guy stops by to see it, there’s no need to call the place a fixer unless he brings a ladyfriend.

I hate it when the put electrical boxes on the front of otherwise sorta cute houses. Geez, way to ruin any chance of curb appeal…

Are we sure that is the front of the house, it might be the back of the house. on the other hand it could look way worse from the front so this would make sense.

Huh…hadn’t occurred to me they might be showing the back of the house. But it does have a certain “back of a house” look going on, with the small windows and such. Fascinating to only have one picture on the listing, and to have that picture be of the back…

Maybe the RE guy couldn’t shoot a photo of the front of the house because it was blocked off by police tape.

or maybe there were many terrifying shopping carts parked in front of the house.

yeah, and all the mofo’s that was pushin’ the carts was in the house havin’ a chili cook-off.
