OTM: 8 Acres of North / West End Land

Maybe a single lot just isn’t enough for that project you’re planning …

Here’s a property that we noticed when it first appeared last year. The eight acres were purchased for $3.75 million in November 2007, and now has preliminary approval for a 32-lot gated plat right across the street from Vassault Park. It’s now back on the market at $4.65 million.

Large parcels of land in West and North Tacoma are getting rarer and rarer. The market will get better … eventually. Anybody?

I wonder what folks would say to a one nice house and a couple of horses? It would still have a gate or two.
