OTM: Grass Envy
In the last few weeks as real estate listings have flown through our inbox and into our conversations, we haven’t seen anything particularly interesting. It’s at times like this that I start reverting to an old stand-by — homes with putting greens.

Normally we’re fans of Tacoma’s older homes. Very rarely does something made in the last fifty years even catch our attention. But… Situated in the 3000 block of North Union, this circa 1988 house is 3500 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, some pretty stunning views of the water, and a private putting green. That last one’s not an amenity I normally have on my list of must have features for a new home. Yet, there it is. Now I need it… Okay, maybe not. Well, maybe.
For a few dollars more than a condo in the Granville, you can have all this! What a deal…

I would convert into a bocci green. But that’s just me.
