Paint the Park Purple Night with the Tacoma Rainiers

As many of you already know, there’s a fair amount of UWT spirit at Exit133. With that said, if you happen to also bleed purple and gold or are just a Rainiers fan, you won’t want to miss out on Paint the Park Purple – a fundraiser for UW Tacoma scholarships.

Saturday, June 20th, Cheney Stadium will be transformed with special Husky purple uniforms to be auctioned off during the game. Proceeds from both ticket sales and the autographed game-worn jersey auction will benefit UW Tacoma student scholarships.

So go cheer on the hometown team and help local students get their degrees. Even purchasing a regular ticket puts a donation in the scholarship fund.
