Photo class to be offered for regular people

Steve Dunkelberger, the man about town, will teach you that great photography doesn’t demand expensive camera equipment. Today’s basic digital cameras have all you need to take great photos once you know a few concepts about exposure, metering and composition.

The class will be about half in the classroom and half around town, followed by a discussion about the photos taken during the walkabout between 10:30am and 2:30pm on Feb. 26.

Bring whatever camera you have and a willingness to take better photographs of the world around you. Class fees for this class are being donated by the instructor to Tacoma Art Place.

Cost: Members $25. Non-members $25 plus a $10 Day Pass.
Sliding fee scale/scholarships are available.

RSVP (253) 238-1006 or rsvp@tacomaartplace.org (include a phone number, in case we need to notify you of class cancellation).
