Prium Getting Busy

The word on the street is that Prium’s people are everywhere – checkbook and RFPs in hand.  They’ve come up on a few occasions here on Exit133.  Now, from what we hear, Prium is purchasing the Bank of America building downtown.  Aren’t there offices in there?  “I’m tired of leasing, let’s buy the building…”  They are also partnering with the Martin Luther King Housing Development Association on the 11th and MLK Project.  Plus, they are submitting for the MLK project  and the Thea Foss Waterway RFP.  Where did they come from?
