Proctor Farmers' Market 2012

The Proctor Farmers’ Market 2012 season kicks off on Saturday, March 31st. It’s time to shake off winter hibernation and start thinking about spring… and better yet, summer.
There will of course be locally sourced fruits and vegetables, meats and cheeses, bakery items and coffee. It’s also time to get started on your garden plans for the year, and the market will have plenty to inspire you. Vegetable starts, berry and fruit tree starts, flowering perennials and more from knowledgeable vendors. It may not feel tropical out there yet, but before you know it, it’ll be warm enough for things to start growing. We promise.
The Broadway, 6th Avenue, and South Tacoma farmers’ markets won’t begin until May, so for April, Saturdays at the Proctor Market are where it’s at. Keep an eye on those markets at www.tacomafarmersmarket.com.
