Quigg & Trabucco Close On Aberdeen Hotel

Tim Quigg and Chester Trabucco, whose last minute entry into the Winthrop debate has potentially changed our city’s future, just closed on the Morck Hotel in Aberdeen.  The project is significantly smaller than the Winthrop, but the similarities are still noteworthy:

The building, on the corner of Heron and K streets, is currently called the Washington Apartments and rents units by the month. There are currently about 30 units occupied by mostly low-income tenants.

As I’ve said over and over again – we’ll see what happens.  The next city council meeting is Tuesday.
