Beachfront Hotel on the Thea Foss a Bit Behind

It appears that the our new boutique hotel on the Thea Foss is a wee bit behind and the city has issued a new deadline to come up with a plan.  This is the hotel that that said it would promote outdoor activities and includes a beachfront esplanade.  Right.  Let’s see if we’re posting another deadline extension here in April.
