Remodeled Victorian - Good Price
There’s an apparently gorgeous 1898 Victorian on Craigslist for under $250k. Our home was stripped of a lot of its Queen Anne Victorian character in the 1920s and 1980s. This home seems to have a reasonable amount of its original character left and the remodel seems decently done. Based on the four pictures we see, we like it.
This home was built in 1898 by William Evans, a building contractor in Tacoma that worked from his home. It could be interesting. Thank you for the tip.

Isn’t that the kiss of death right there? Given that the underlying cost of the basic technology is falling not rising, some other non-economic factor is influencing this need to hurry—and thus making this not a good investment.
