Renaissance at Old City Hall Open House Today

Are you one of the fine Exit133 readers currently looking for a downtown condo to call your very own?  If so, there’s an open house today that you probably shouldn’t miss:

Saturday (Today) from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Stratford Co. will host a VIP Open House at its upcoming Renaissance at Old City Hall, 625 Commerce St.  Metropolitan Market will cater the public event and Posh Home, the Sixth Avenue furniture dealer, will furnish a model sales space. When finished, the 41 units will sell from $600,000 to more than $1 million.

The most intriguing unit is the clock tower itself:

“THE CLOCKTOWER”: This highly coveted home is actually located inside the famous Clock Tower; a location that is truly unmatched anywhere in the region. The 2,210 square-foot home spans three floors, with gorgeous brick archways, a state-of-the-art kitchen, ½ bath and excellent city and water views on the first floor; and a spacious master suite and elegant master bath with remarkable circular windows on the second floor. The customizable third level is simply astonishing, with floor to ceiling windows on all four walls revealing stunning panoramas in every direction, as well as an up-close viewpoint of the building’s amazing architectural details. The owner of this home also boasts egress to the inner-workings of the clock itself.”
