Return of the Proctor Farmers' Market

The days are getting sunnier, and if you’re anything like us, you’re getting itchy to start getting your garden in the ground. The frost we’ve seen the last couple mornings suggest that you might want to hold off on planting for at least a little longer, but there’s good news: planting time is just around the corner, as is the return of weekly farmers’ markets to Tacoma.
And even better news: you only have to wait until this Saturday for the next Proctor Farmers’ Market. This Saturday, March 9, is the final of the Proctor Market’s monthly winter markets; between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. you can stock up on produce, and start dreaming about your own plans for gardening this spring. Then, starting March 30th, the Proctor Farmers’ Market will be back on a weekly schedule, for their 20th season of fresh, local produce. See you there!
