Rooms With a View

Once upon a time I lived on the 15th floor of Park Tower overlooking Wright Park.  The apartment was small, but the view was amazing.  I looked down on the conservatory and the park.  To the right I could see Stadium High School and the water.  The neighborhood extended for miles.  I could see UPS and, occasionally, the Olympic mountains in the distance.  Now, my house has a peek-a-boo view of the water from the bedroom window… if I’m standing on a step… in winter.  Oh, to have a view again…

Ahhh… the memories.  What made me think of this is that the Weekly Volcano has published an interesting photo compilation called Top 10 Rooms With a View of Tacoma.  I like it.
