Sam's Tire Leaves Old Heidelberg

We just heard that Sam’s Tire is officially moved out of the old Heidelberg warehouse.  The site was officially vacant yesterday morning and, from what it appears, utilities were being shut off.  We noted that the space was listed as ‘available’ last August.  Does anybody know what’s planned for the building?
