The Pacific Brewing Building, that gorgeous tall brick building at 2516 Holgate Street across from M-Space, was sold in December for $1.7 million. The new owner is Carrera GT LLC which lists as its address 805 Pacific Ave. 805 Pacific Ave. is the Rainier Connect office. That building is owned by Carerra LLC with an address going to a home in Lakewood. That home is linked to an individual whose occupation is Mashell Telecom dbd Rainier Group and Rainier Connect.

Will the hop processing equipment be replaced by telecom gear?
