Sixth and Sprague Changes Starting?

It would appear that the changes coming to Sixth and Sprague may be coming pretty soon.  Sorrento’s coffee shop is empty.  The free house has a construction fence around it.  Let’s see… we have a Baskin Robbins, Papa Murphy’s, and a Starbucks (coming soon).  Check cashing and It’s Greek to Me across the street.  Hmmm…
