Ah caffeine. The legal drug that makes our world go round. As you know, there is good coffee and bad coffee. This year give someone the gift of great coffee.

Tacoma has a couple of great local roasters. The artisan roasters at Valhalla and Commencement Bay watch every batch as it transforms from green beans to a precisely perfected roast. Personally, we like the fact that we can drink coffee not roasted in some corporate megaplex.

Besides, it’ll make the stocking smell good.
