Tacoma School Board Reaches a Decision

The Tacoma School Board has chosen Charles Milligan to lead it into the future.  Mr. Milligan is coming to us from the California city of Fontana, the City of Innovation.  If we take America’s Most Wired City, aka the City of Destiny, and mix in a little Innovation, we could be on to something.  I have hope.  Then again, this job does lead to aspirations of grandeur and tremendous opportunity.  Where’s Rudy these days?
