Tap Into T-Town is Back
Tap Into T-Town is back, and promises to be bigger and better than ever. After a one-year hiatus to plan for the new and improved event, organizers have expanded the grown-up scavenger hunt to include 6th Avenue as well as downtown Tacoma, and to accomodate more teams than ever before.
The event once again throws down the gauntlet: You think you know Tacoma? Prove it! If this year’s event follows previous years’ models, we’ll see a list that is a combination of Tacoma trivia and object/photo scavenger hunt challenges. This is an endurance test, a test of your familiarity with Tacoma – both familiar and obscure, an opportunity to tip a drink or two in many of our city’s finest establishments, and a general chance to run all over Tacoma like you’re a kid again (a kid who can get into bars, that is).
The Facebook page bills it as “by far, the most fun you will have with three of your friends in downtown Tacoma.” They may just be right. You can sign up online or better yet, attend a sign-up event, like the one taking place this Thursday at The Office.

Why are most things on Thursdays? (or so it seems) There is so much going on now that I can’t schedule it all. What a terrific complaint to have about our little burg.
