The Long Weekend Is Over
I’m catching up on email now that the long weekend is done. If you sent me something, I’ll be getting back with you shortly. What did we do this weekend? We joined the Small Ships for a few hours in my wood canoe. We didn’t go to Taste of Tacoma. We did see the smokestack fall down. We bought a vintage bench on Sunday and I refinished it yesterday. We hiked around Point Defiance with Baci. We didn’t go to the Freedom Fair. We did, however, see the fireworks from our second floor windows. Were the fireworks higher than in previous years, because we don’t remember being able to watch the fireworks like that. Other than that… I was at Lowes way too much this weekend.
