The Red Hot Moves on to Bigger and Better

Tomorrow The Red Hot celebrates its 6th anniversary with a full menu for the outdoor beer garden. It's going to be a full menu, rather than the usual limited menu they run for special events, because it will be the last beer garden event for TRH.

The Sixth Avenue establishment will be moving into a new space and expanding. But don't fear; they're not going far...

For the past few months, we have been working with our landlords, in conjunction with our neighbors at The Wedding Bell, and in less than 6 months, we will be moving this whole shebang next door to a larger space with a initial target date of February 1 to reopen the new TRH.

The move will mean space for a few more seats, a few more tap handles, and an upgraded kitchen, but they promise not to lose that intimate feel their customers know and love.

So, who's ready for a celebratory hot dog and a pint? It's five o'clock somewhere, right?

Read more and keep up with The Red Hot with their beer and hot dogs blog.

I don't know if I can travel the distance from the old location to the new one...it's really far.

Hopefully they'll scoot the bike corral down so I don't hafta walk more than 5 steps from my bike to my bar stool (and vice versa).

Can I vote to have a section where they allow kids? At least until 9pm... Kids like dogs too, and dads like beer.

No, you may not. You may buy the hot dogs to go and fill a growler to take home while you do so.

Haha. Well then... that will be no change at all. E9 is getting pretty crowded by breeders and broods on Friday nights!
