Third Thursday for August is Tonight

As it happens every month, we’ve found ourselves on Third Thursday and looking toward a busy evening of activity. It’s Art Walk. The museums are open. Many of the galleries are open. Here are two options that caught are eye:

The Fulcrum presents Under Constructions, a 3 day exhibit that provides insights into the artistic process of Oliver Doriss, Geoffrey Weeg, Elise Richman, Galen McCarty Turner, and Jordan Kube. The opening reception is tonight from 6 to 10 pm (1308 Martin Luther King Jr. Way)

Brooks Dental Studio is celebrating their one year anniversary and a new exhibit in Artspace B tonight from 4 to 7 pm. The exhibition features Jessica Spring’s “What would you give your eye teeth for?” Hmmm … So enjoy the show, meet the fine folks at Brooks Dental Studio, and enjoy complimentary services from Nurture Healing Center, Savi Day Spa, Orange on Broadway, Alchemy Design, and iced tea from Mad Hat (732 Broadway).

There is much more to this evening than just these two events. Get outside and enjoy the weather and our fine city!
