Three openings on Tacoma Planning Commission

The Planning Commission meets at 4 p.m. on the first and third Wednesdays of each month in the Council Chambers, first floor of the Tacoma Municipal Building, 747 Market St.
To apply, contact Cindy Leingang, Mayor’s Office, 747 Market St., Room 1200, Tacoma, WA 98402, (253) 594-7848, or go online. Applications are due no later than Nov. 14, 2008.

Too bad you have to live within the district you’re representing. I don’t see an opening for District 2. =(
Actually, come to think of it, my home, work and studio (betcha didn’t know TO’T was a starving artist, did ya?) are all in District 2.
Never thought about just how much time I spend in this district…

…and yes, I’m aware that the previously open position was in District 2.
