Are you transit curious? Want to take the bus but not sure where to start? Tired of watching trains whiz by while you sit in traffic? Maybe you just want to save money on gas and parking?

This October is your opportunity to try public transportation. Whether you’ve never ridden a bus or train or you just want to try a new route, Try Transit Month offers the resources, motivation, and incentives you need to take the plunge.

Log four trips or recruit eight friends and get entered to win prizes. Daily drawings will be held for prizes, including ORCA cards, restaurant gift cards, sports/museum/theater/ballet tickets, and more, along with the normal rewards that come with taking public transportation, like more exercise, avoiding the hassle and stress of driving in nasty weather and rush hour traffic, and the money you save when you don't have to pay for gas and parking.
