University of Puget Sound Campus Newspaper to Celebrate 100 Years

Since 1910, The Trail has kept students at the University of Puget Sound informed and linked to the community at large. A celebration will be held in honor of the newspaper on Thursday, Sept. 23 in Rasmussen Rotunda, Wheelock Student Center at the UPS Campus from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Refreshments will be served.

Historic copy will be on display for those who join the festivities, and the paper’s staff will be on hand to discuss the official launch of The Trail’s new website. The history of The Trail will also be commemorated throughout the year, as student archivists select articles and ads from past decades to be printed once again.
