Urban Arts Festival on June 29th

This Sunday, the Urban Arts Festival will be in Fireman’s Park. The festivities last all day long and include live bands and DJs, food, kid’s activities, and art demonstrations.

There is talk of painting with weapons and the possibility of creating a large, art-fueled fire with items that aren’t purchased by day’s end (Via News Tribune). Should be exciting.

The weather should be gorgeous … unlike last year’s unpleasantness. We hope to see you there.

June 29, 12:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Not to nitpick, but that article was from 2 years ago. No kung fu art slam this year, but we are constructing a 40’ wall where graffiti art will be created by members of Artifakt.
