UWT Developments Ramp Up

Two tidbits of exciting UWT news hit our desk recently.  The first is that the The Dawg Shed Building at 1912 Pacific is slated to come down Spring/Summer of this year.  The new building should be completed by late 2008.

The second is that UWT is making it a priority to restore the Joy Building along Pacific next to Grassis.  Word on the street is that they’ll be adding a new floor to the top.  No timeline has been established (at least publicly) for the renovation.  With these changes the two blocks in front of UWT will be pretty darn complete.  We look forward to it.
