Vintage Pacific Avenue for Sale
We recently noticed that two prime building on the north end of Pacific are for sale. Do you want to own a bit of Tacoma history?

The first notice we saw is the building at the corner of 8th and Pacific with Matador as its anchor tenant. 22,000 square feet of rentable space in the beautifully remodeled 1918 building. $4.65 million and it can be yours.

The second building is the recently discussed Drake’s building. 15,000 square feet of building overlooking Pacific and a back door on Commerce Street. It was purchased a year ago for a tad more than $1.5 million. They’ve been working hard on the building. We knew something was going on, but we didn’t realize it was for sale again. A mere $2.75 million...
The Matador building is fully renovated and fully remodeled, so I guess we know what’s going on there for a while. The bigger questions is what will become of Drake’s. Or, more interesting to many of you, what will become of David’s on Broadway – now for sale at $3.5 million .
