What a boondoggle… twist the purpose of the building from a firehouse to some kind of security need just to get Federal FEMA money to build it. What a terrible approach this city is doing over and over… really sorry for anyone with children who will be the ones to pay for this completely irresponsible spending.

… and accepting Federal money always comes with attached conditions which this city seems to ignore… and which will most certainly catch up to them someday.
