Without a doubt, it would be Broadnax at this point. The job is too big for Neiditz or Arellano. Additionally, Arellano is Anderson-tainted by association. Frankly, the Council needs to send their consultant and back to the drawing board and keep at it until the perfect candidate emerges. Settling for 2nd best is not an option.
